Terms of Service

Loop is a nutrition-coaching and habit-tracking platform. Coaching is educational and behaviour-change in nature — it is not medical advice, not a substitute for a registered dietitian, doctor or pharmacist, and is not a diagnosis or treatment.

If you are on GLP-1 medication, pregnant, breastfeeding, have an eating disorder, or any medical condition affected by diet, consult your clinician before using Loop.

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract to use Loop.

• You are responsible for keeping your login safe.
• Everything you enter must be accurate — bad data means bad macros.
• One account per person.
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings.

• Loop starts with 30 days free, then £19.99 a month on a rolling monthly plan. Cancel any time.
• Payment is taken by Stripe on your chosen renewal date. You authorise us to charge the card on file.
• You can cancel any time from Profile → Manage Subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel a digital subscription for a refund unless you have already started using the service. Because Loop delivers coaching value from day one, you expressly waive the 14-day cooling-off period when you tap "Start my plan" and access begins. Refund requests outside that are considered case-by-case.
• Failed payments trigger a 3-day dunning window with email reminders before the subscription is paused.

Don't use Loop to:

• Share your account with someone else.
• Scrape, reverse engineer or resell any part of the service.
• Upload photos that aren't of you.
• Post abusive, illegal or hateful content in coaching threads or the community.

Loop uses AI models (OpenAI, Google Gemini) to generate meals and workouts. Suggestions are algorithmic — always sanity-check ingredients if you have allergies, and use common sense with workouts. Loop is not liable for the choices you make with AI output.

Loop is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Anything you read, watch or receive through Loop is for information only. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise or supplement programme.

Everything on Loop — copy, code, logo, calculations, coaching frameworks — belongs to Changing Physiques. You get a limited, non-transferable licence to use it for your personal, non-commercial use while your subscription is active.

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loop's total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

We can suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms. You can close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England & Wales.
